Japanese Government declared an emergency over COVID-19.
For the reason, we will extend of work from home and shift-work system as follows.
We will work on our business while giving priority to ensuring safety and prevention of the infection.
We would appreciate your understanding.
1. Period
Monday, August 2, 2021 ~ Thursday, August 31, 2021 (plan)
*The period conforms to declaration, plan is subject to change depending on situation.
2. Receiving and Shipping operation
We receive delivered goods as usual.
Shipping of products is only Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We will not accept same day shipping.
*Shipping date is unchanged for purchase order that we already received.
3. About Inquiry
・Please do not contact us by phone except for urgent matters as a general rule,
please contact the person in charge by email.
・If you do not know who to contact, please email contact@sonotec.com.
・Contact by Fax is possible but our reply may be delayed.
・We make shipment as soon as products are ready, but there is a possibility of delay.
