Polishing Mode
(Hard Mode / Soft Mode)
Hard Mode keeps vibration constantly against the processing pressure and powerful polishing can be made. Soft Mode automatically weakens according to the processing pressure to prevent damage to the work.

NANO function
Ultra-fine vibration under１μm of amplitude makes the ultrasonic polishing up to the finishing process which was not possible until now and shorten the work time drastically.

TOUCH function
TOUCH function ultrasonically vibrates with extremely small amplitude, and when the tip tool comes into contact with the workpiece, it amplifies to the specified amplitude. Also, when the tip tool moves away from the workpiece, it returns to its extremely small amplitude. Prevents damage due to unexpected contact during machining.

Monitoring system
The settings and work status are displayed on the monitor in real time.
①Ultrasonic polishing
Output, Load, Frequency and the current mode setting are indicated on the monitor.
②Rotary polishing (Polishing by DC motor)
Setting Rotation speed, direction and load are indicated on the monitor. Depending on the type of motor, the voltage is displayed instead of the RPM.
③Error and Warning display
When an error occurs, an error code is displayed on the warning screen.
④Menu
It is also possible to display and check settings such as Filling Mode and Auto-off function, and error history.

DC motor handpiece EX131 is newly supplied as standard accessories.
The control function of the Oscillator has been improved and the standard supplied DC motor handpiece can maintain a higher level of rotational torque than the conventional model. With a single oscillator, the ultrasonic function and DC motor function can be switched over and can be active in the various fields.
